19. Earplugs
So, hear me out (haha) I get easily overstimulated by a lot of noise—which is impossible to do without when you have 3.5 children, so I like to use these earplugs. They aren’t noise cancelling, so you can still hear what’s going on around you, but it drastically cuts down on how LOUD everything is. I often will slide these in when I am cooking dinner and the kids have the TV on, or when I just need some extra piece. They’ve been game changers!
