These No-bake oat hearts are a tried and true snack that’s been a favorite of ours since Raegan was a toddler. They’re easy to make, easy to adapt to your family’s preferences (adding coconut or using chia instead of flax) and they’re the perfect little protein packed snack for lunchboxes, and after-school snacks.

Ingredients:
-1 cup whole oats | HERE
-3/4 cup chocolate chips | HERE
-1/2 cup ground flaxseed | HERE
-1/2 cup nut butter (we use creamy almond) | HERE
-1/3 cup honey | HERE
Optional:
Sprinkles | HERE
Heart mold | HERE
Heart Measuring Cups | HERE
Mini Heart Bowls | HERE
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together, and roll into balls (you could stop here if you don’t have/want the heart mold).

Press into silicone heart mold, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
ENJOY!
MOM HACK: Use the same recipe, but use plastic eggs to turn this treat into an Easter themed snack!
