I absolutely love this super simple Back to School treat. It only takes a couple of ingredients, and makes a big impact. Imagine chatting about the first day of school over a yummy cookie slice and milk.
You could even turn up the magic with fun plates and napkins from your Occasions Bin™.
This is the easiest recipe, as all you need is a cookie dough roll/tub and cookie icing. I’ll link the ones I used below. I baked ours in a cast iron skillet, but it works just as well in a normal circular baking pan. Be sure to let the cookie cool before starting your icing, or it’ll puddle on you.
