Hey, friend! Looking for a quick way to jazz up after school snacks this Spring? I think these egg carton snack trays are so much fun because they’re literally me throwing together a bunch of small bites, but the kids think it’s so much fun to have all of these choices. I’ll even sometimes make these for Xander’s lunchtime, and he just snacks on all of his favorites. This might be the lowest maintenance way to serve up a meal ever–and because they’re all finger(ish) foods, you really only have the egg tray to quickly clean.
I got my ceramic egg tray at HomeGoods, but linked a similar (adorable) options HERE. I keep mine in my Spring Occasions Bin™ as it’ll come in handy for egg dyeing, and serving up deviled eggs for Easter brunch. My friend Deb has the CUTEST to-go mini version of this over on Insta.
