School/Art Supply Stations

I wanted to share a mama hack of mine with you – SUPPLY STATIONS! These adorable little baskets are actually $4 shower caddies that I purchased from Marshalls. I like transforming shower caddies specifically because there are several little compartments (probably for toothbrushes, sponges, and bar soap) to organized and store our supplies!

College students are headed back to school, so cheap shower caddies are all over the place—snag one and fill it with creative tools for you littles. You could even buy a larger caddy to combine supplies for multiple children. I know a couple of mamas who have already found my caddies at Marshalls and HomeGoods. Check there, and I’ve provided links to a couple other options if you’re more of a Amazon Prime or Target.com mom!

I found my exact caddy on Amazon. You can look through all of the pretty color options by clicking HERE.

These clear caddies are simple, sturdy and only $13. You can actually snag two for less than 20 bucks HERE.

I love the mint color of this caddy, and its only $13. Buy it HERE.

This $15 caddy is HUGE and would be perfect as a joint supply station–especially for smaller craft supplies. So many compartments for organization. Buy it HERE.

I love how big and sturdy the handle is on this caddy. $16 on Amazon. Buy it HERE.

Target.com has an excellent selection of caddy options. I’ve also seen them at Dollar Tree and Walmart.

How darling are these chalk art tags from Chalk Designs by Me? I can’t say enough how obsessed I am with them. They’re on high quality wood, and would even be perfect to designate hooks for backpacks and lunch boxes.

You can check out her Etsy shop HERE. Be sure to have a look at her super cute customizable back-to-school signs!

Our friends at Ooly sent us over some new art supplies, and I love having a designated space for it all. Ooly art and school supplies are stellar. We have a ton of their supplies, and they all are amazing quality and come in the most dreamy packaging. Visit Ooly.com for some awesome back to school freebies and free shipping.

Unlike our playroom supply storage, these are mobile, and go with us from the kitchen counter, to the floor, to the porch for painting. I like to trade out the supplies for different activities of the day. If your child has regular homework, you could set these up at wherever you’d like the structured space for that to be–perfect homework station option.

I can’t wait to see your supply stations, just in time for back-to-school! Share your photos with me, so that I can post them and inspire other mamas looking to start the school year organized!

XOXO,
Shakira

  1. I love this! I see the teachers do this at school, why wouldn’t I do it at home?! Cleanup would be so much easier. How have I never thought of these before?

    1. Yes! So inexpensive and easy. I actually made myself one for my own craft supplies! Thanks for stopping by!
